Metal Suspended Ceiling Systems

Metal suspended ceiling systems are among the most flexible solutions for any commercial or public building that requires fast installation and easy dismantling.

Metal suspended ceiling systems are among the most flexible solutions for any commercial or public building that requires fast installation and easy dismantling. In the Aspen Pro range, this group covers a wide variety from lay-in tile panels used on the T24 and T15 profile systems, to custom-sized or standard clip‑in panels, hook‑on and baffle, and open‑cell system solutions. All these systems can be manufactured from galvanized steel, aluminum, or, as required, stainless steel, and offer unlimited size options with widths from 300 mm to 1200 mm and lengths up to 3000 mm, giving architects free design freedom. Open‑cell solutions combine aesthetics with functionality and are intended for conferences, showrooms, banks and spaces that require high illumination; these panels are offered in flat or perforated (Ø0.5‑Ø70 mm) variants and enhance acoustic performance. For custom‑size orders, a curved panel system is also available. Metal suspended ceiling systems are widely used in offices, manufacturing facilities, computer rooms, airports, metro stations, hospitals and kitchen areas because they can be easily dismantled without any removal tools, providing convenient access to electrical, ventilation and plumbing lines in the ceiling cavity. The price of metal suspended ceiling systems depends on the selected material (galvanized steel, aluminum or stainless steel), panel size, edge detail and surface coating (a wide range of colors such as RAL, NCS, Pantone is available). In renovation projects, in addition to standard straight‑edge panels, the production of custom straight‑edge panels is also possible. In many offices, commercial and healthcare facilities in Baku, these already installed systems provide long‑term service without deformation when properly maintained. You can consult our technical team to select the appropriate material and system for your project requirements. Regardless of the surface coating, metal panels are resistant to moisture and chemical cleaners, so the aluminum variant is preferred in high‑hygiene areas such as kitchen spaces, hospital operating blocks and food production facilities. The ability to remove panels individually significantly reduces operational costs in buildings where regular technical service of cable and pipe lines above the ceiling is required. If desired, sound‑absorbing cushions (acoustic bel) can be added to the back of the panels, markedly improving the acoustic performance of a standard metal ceiling. The aluminum variant is favored for large‑area ceilings due to its light weight, while galvanized steel is preferred in areas that require high load‑bearing capacity.
