Stone wool-based suspended ceiling

Stone wool-based suspended ceiling panels are solutions tested in the global market that combine high sound absorption performance with cost-efficiency.

Stone wool-based suspended ceiling panels are solutions tested in the global market that combine high sound absorption performance with cost-efficiency. In the Aspen Pro range, this category includes panels from renowned brands such as USG (USA) and OWA (Germany).
USG Olympia Micro, thanks to its smooth surface with micro-perforations, offers a luxurious appearance and a high sound absorption coefficient at the NRC-65 level, which meets HIPAA requirements; it is also energy-efficient due to its low light absorption (0.87).
USG Perforated provides mid-level acoustic performance for projects seeking cost savings and design simplicity.
USG Radar, mineral stone wool panels, are simpler, antibacterial, and hygienic budget-friendly panels.
OWA (Germany) luxury panels are manufactured in a factory with a daily production capacity of 100,000 m² using a special stone wool composition called "White Wool" and meet European standards, including "Bio-Soluble" requirements, in terms of fire resistance, sound absorption, and density.
Stone wool-based suspended ceiling systems are widely used in offices, corridors, banquet and lobby areas, hotel entrances, wholesale and retail stores, as well as in hospitals and educational buildings where high hygiene is required, thanks to their quick and easy-to-install construction.
These systems installed in Baku, when used with the correct T24/T15 suspension system, create a long-lasting and easy-to-maintain ceiling surface. You can contact our team to select panels that match your project's acoustic requirements (NRC rating) and budget. Since these panels are interchangeable, it is possible to install both budget-oriented and premium acoustic options in the same building using the same T24/T15 suspension profiles according to the project budget.
All panels are offered in standard 600x600 and 600x1200 mm sizes.
Humidity-resistant (RH) versions of the panels are also available for humid environments, making them suitable for use in high-humidity areas such as kitchens and pool areas. The standard panel thickness varies between 15-20 mm, and the chosen thickness affects both the acoustic performance and the visual appearance of the ceiling.
