PVC and LVT floor coverings are a modern flooring solution for projects that call for water resistance, high wear resistance and relatively fast installation. PVC (vinyl) coverings are produced in homogeneous or heterogeneous structures and sold in roll or sheet format - thanks to their resistance to chemicals, moisture and mechanical damage, they are an ideal choice for healthcare facilities, laboratories and industrial spaces, since they are easy to disinfect and do not create conditions favourable to microbial growth. LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile), meanwhile, has a multilayer construction - a wear-resistant top layer, a design layer that replicates the look of wood or stone, a core layer and a backing - combining the practicality of vinyl with the aesthetics of natural wood or stone.

LVT coverings are especially popular in offices, retail stores, showrooms and hospitality spaces, since they create a high-quality visual impression while requiring far less maintenance and expense than genuine wood or stone flooring. Installation can be carried out either with a click-lock system (glue-free, floating floor) or by full adhesive bonding - the click-lock system's thinner profile makes it possible to install directly over an existing floor in renovation projects.

In terms of daily upkeep, PVC and LVT coverings require minimal effort - wiping with a damp cloth is generally sufficient, with no special chemical products needed. In high-traffic retail and educational buildings, choosing the correct wear rating significantly extends the service life of the covering. As Aspen Group, we have long been providing our customers with quality products and professional service. Many PVC and LVT coverings can also be installed over an acoustic underlay that reduces sound transmission between floors, which matters particularly in multi-storey office buildings. Some LVT products are manufactured to work with underfloor heating systems, adding extra comfort during colder months. In the design of cafes, showrooms and hospitality venues, LVT's wood- or marble-look finishes are often chosen to create a warm, inviting atmosphere in large open spaces, since they deliver a similar aesthetic impression without the cost of the genuine material.
